The external tool, "Network Sharing Center could not be found for os "Windows major release service pack 0 professional X86 64-bit.
What do I need to do?

frankly i think that i would revert the windows 10

I had windows 7, downloaded windows 10 weeks ago, now I'm getting this message

Settings > Update & security > Recovery and selecting either Go back to Windows 7 or Go back to Windows 8.1.

then if you want to try again make sure that all the drivers and the bios are completely updated from the lenovo site first

and then download the windows 10 from this page

if it was working under windows 10 recently try doing a system restore to before the problem started

System restore instructions - windows 7 or 8 or 10

hold the windows logo key down and hit R
type rstrui.exe in the run box that comes up and hit enter

select restore to an earlier date.

Under the "suggested restore" which is usually not old enough to help is a link for "OTHER RESTORE POINTS"
click that if the suggested ones are not BEFORE THE PROBLEM STARTED

choose a date that is BEFORE you experienced the problem

hit ok / restore

the computer will start to shut down

a restoring settngs box will appear with a status bar

when it finishes your computer will restart with the same settings it had on the date you restored to. your data will not be affected.

It is not perfect. But it fixes a lot of things.

sorry i am trying to help but customer service locked the question for a while and i couldnt answer

you need to work out with them why they are rejecting your credit card and then you can accept the offer and i can get in and fix it for you

No....I'm cancelling ALL charges to my credit card. I've accepted many times only to find out no one has replied. I spoke with someone in customer service and they were of no help. You guys need to "get it together". Your customer service rep said that they do not know the answer to my question. What a rip off!!!!

CALL THEM BACK. TELL THEM YOU ACCEPT AN OFFER FOR ADD SERV AND IT REJECTS YOUR CREDIT CARD AND THEY NEED TO FIX THAT!

as long as you are calling your credit card company to cancel you might ask them if THEY blocked it.

if it wasnt them it was customer service here. one of them did.
