During installation, have you enter your serial number already? It appears that you selection phone activation instead of a direct online activation.
Can I remotely access your computer so that I can directly fix this issue while you watch?
I believe you are trying to reinstall CS2 and that is no longer possible using the original discs. If I can remotely access your computer, I can restore your CS2 without the discs.
