Hi there Mary and welcome

Are you on a windows or a Mac computer? And which version?

Customer: replied 6 months ago.
Mac. What do you mean version? I have a Mac book Pro.
Expert:  Richard replied 6 months ago.

Thanks

The password ***** ***** related to Flash but for installing apps on your Macbook, so its the password ***** to your account on your Macbook that you need to enter

Do you recall what this is?

Customer: replied 6 months ago.
I think I may have that password. Now how do I get another chance to try to install that last Adobe request?
Expert:  Richard replied 6 months ago.

ok, click on my link

https://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/

And you can install it there

Let me know the results please.

I TRIED THAT PASSWORD ***** MACBOOK PRO AND IT DID NOT WORK EITHER.
Expert:  Richard replied 6 months ago.

Ok, then it is the wrong password.

You will have to reset it

To do this

  1. Choose System Preferences from the Apple menu, then click Users & Groups.
  2. Select your user name from the list of users.
  3. Click the Change Password ***** then follow the onscreen instructions. If you're using a password ***** remember to update the hint for your new password.

Then use this new password

I can also do these steps for you, and have made a request via Additional Services. This is optional, and if you choose to do this, I can, with your permission, remote into your computer while you watch and do all these steps (and deal with any problems that arise during them) for you. Or if you do not choose to take this service, we can continue here. This is no problem at all. Just let me know please.

Else let me know the results please.
