All right. Step one.. Lets try and login to y our adobe account.

Can you login here https://accounts.adobe.com

If not, then reset your adobe password ***** try to login again. Once logged in.

Go to your purchases and subscriptions page.

You should see your products there.. That will also contain your serial number or product key.

Once you have your product key, go to this page to redownload whatever software you needed.

It may be you have an older version of IE.
