I can't install any of my programs on windows ten

Okay. You will need to create a bootable disk of Windows 7 (which-ever edition) you have, and boot your system from the bootable media. You will then be prompted with the installation steps.

I did that I have the program disk with the product key to activate but windows ten refuses it

I have packed the computer up to send it back to HP, I followed the instructions of Kamil re installing Windows 7 on it but halfway the computer send me a message that that reprommanging is not allowed.
So apparently there is a safety feature of HP or Microsoft that prevents going back
So help ids not good for me so i am not satisfied that there is a solution so please cancel and remit the money i paid back
