Customer Question

I recently upgraded from Windows 7 to Windows 10 and I'm now unable to open PDF links from websites. I get a message saying "The Adobe Acrobat Reader selected for viewing PDF documents in browsers cannot be found at its installed location;it may have been moved or deleted".
I am able to open PDF sites from my documents. The problem is associated with the browsers. I have Internet Explorer, Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge on my machine.
I downloaded AdbeRdrUpd10110.msp......didn't change anything......help!!!

I am not sure the uninstall completed successfully....Adobe files remain
Expert:  Dan replied 10 months ago.
Can you locate the files?
Customer: replied 10 months ago.
It says I have a more functional product already installed....terminated
Expert:  Dan replied 10 months ago.
Too many files left over from the original. Try this LINK and see if you can get it to install.

Not working.....I am in contact with you on my iPhone and working the computer separately.....probably wasn't a good way to do it
Customer: replied 10 months ago.
Anyway.....getting the same message......that last link took me to the iTunes store
Expert:  Dan replied 10 months ago.
I understand. Here is one more LINK. This is the Adobe removal tool. Run it and it should completely remove everything. Then you can try again with the first download.

I'm on the link....tell me what I'm looking for
Expert:  Dan replied 10 months ago.
Just check the box and that will activate the download link for the tool.
