My Mac Pro was updated to OS X El Capitan recently and now I can not download my pictures of Bridge...very frustrated since I am not that computer wise! I talked at length with Apple and they said I needed to call you and I hate having to type but needed some pictures to go out and your phone service ends at 7:00 PT....please help me
