I don't see any questions you asked regarding such scam issue you faced previously maybe you used a different account for asking that question.
I don't believe its an email from Norton.Could you please let me know the email address of this scam email also if possible the message in that email so that i can investigate on this issue?
Do you have any Norton products installed in the iPad?
Also did you change password ***** your email or iPad?

I had done some research online to see if such emails send by Norton to change password ***** Norton account and it seem they do send emails as part of a secure process to ensure only you can reset your account password. I believe this happens if you haven't accessed your Norton account in a long time.
I am not 100% sure about this until i know the full email address of the sender so could you please let me know the full email address and the content in it.
