Hello and thank you for choosing JUSTANSWER.com
IM not sure what is causing the .mov files to NOT be shown in the preview.
I need some more information first.
Do other videos work fine? Like .avi files or .mp4 files. Do these file types work?
What is your OS? Is it Win7, Win8, or Win10?
Have you ever used Adobe Premeir Elements 10 before? Do you have an experience with it?
Okay, and what do the other file types look like?
Do you have the Owners/User maual that came with the Adobe Premeir Elements 10?
I might be able to find it online.....would you like to have a copy to reference from in the future?
Here is the User Manual for Premeire Elements 10.
If you get familiar with this guide I will help you in anyway possible,

okay....convert the .mov file from your camera to an .mp4 file, and THEN you should be able to get both Audio and Video.
The camera might be using an odd video format....and a conversion software should be able to convert it to a standard mp4 file.
.mov files belong to Quicktime.....and quicktime is notorious for poor file standards.
Because the camera is designed to use .mov files....there is nothign you can do except convert them to an .mp4 file and THEN you can edit them inside Adobe.
Did you have any other questions?
Did you try and do the conversion....and does it work?
