My YouTube videos will not play, and I've updated Flash, and can't figure out why I get an Error Message still on all browsers. Any ideas? Thank you so much!

I can't get on that page... it is blocked by my filter software on this computer... can we just try to work on YouTube?

That's what i was trying to determine. Can you disable filter software, and then test YouTube.com?

unfortunately not right now, my wife is unavailable to provide the info. But YouTube has always worked with this software on this computer until recently... I think it was right after my installing Captain OS.
