Geek Squad at Best Buy installed Adobe Acrobat Standard DC on my new computer today. When I try to use Acrobat, I get a message that I need to sign in to my Adobe account. I try to do that (my e-mail address is***@******.***) but Adobe does not accept my password. when I click on the link "forgot password" I get an error message saying to try again later. I have been trying for 10 hours with no success.
How can I log into my account to get going using Acrobar?
