At first it reverted back and allowed me to select new in file pull down ... second attempt no. I'm getting greyed out file pull down and the only way I can exit program is through alt shift delete ...

Hello sorry you feel this way if you like I can log on to your machine and fix your problem for you it will save time . Please do this Start the application while holding down Ctrl+Alt+Shift Then, click Yes to the Dialogue box that pops up. Waiting your feedback
