I can't get into my Norton security. When I try to pull it

Customer Question

I can't get into my Norton security. When I try to pull it up, I get a notice that says,
NORTON AUTOFIX
Attn. Error found #8504,104
I am not real computer savy , but I've tried several things to take care of it, but I don't know what else to do and I need for my security system to work. Please tell me how to go about fixing this.
Thanks,
Ann XXXXXXXXXX
