Hi, welcome and thank you for your question. My name is ***** ***** I am glad to assist you today.
I am very sorry about your issues. Are you still able to use your Windows 10 computer now?
If yes, are you using it now to chat with me?
Please let me know by replying to me here so that I can help you further.
Thank you for writing back.
Are you still able to use your Windows 10 computer now?
Thank you for writing back with that information. Can I remotely access your Windows 10 computer (if you are using it now to chat with me) so that I can directly assist you in removing Windows 10 and restoring your previous Windows 7?
Remote access is an optional additional service offer with a minimal one-time flat fee ($15) regardless of how long it will take me to fix the problem. We can resume any time without additional cost. It is safe as you will be watching your screen and we can chat right there, and it will be a faster mode of help.
Please let me know if you want this remote option.
Are you using your Windows 10 now to chat with me? Like I mentioned, remote access is an additional service offer thus there is an extra fee of 15. But we guarantee our service and you can get your money back if you are not satisfied.
Hello, welcome to JustAnswer my name is ***** ***** I'm one of the experts who will be assisting you today.Sorry to hear you're having trouble with your computer.Rolling back to Windows 7 depends on how long you've had Windows 10 installed for, you can go back to 7 if you've only had 10 for up to 30 days.
Click on the Start button then click on Settings.
Scroll down a little and click on "Update & security"
Once that window opens, click on "Recovery"
You should see an option there to go back to Windows 7
Do you see it?
