I recently upgraded 8 to 1o and my entire system blew out with some information coming across, some not, some incorrectly. I hired bask and as of now they cannot fix it. I of course cannot talk to a live person at Microsoft. I have thousands of dollars in equipment and work on the edge. Can anyone there help me?
