since downloading windows 10 when I copy a picture from my picture file it loads 1/4 turn to the right. This happens in word, powerpoint, itunes, etc How do I fix this. I have tried to do this with the picture set in all 4 positions, but it always comes in 1/4 turn to the right

Unfortunately there is no fix currently for this issue as of this writing, Windows 10 has a notorious issue with re-writing EXIF data in photos and ignoring the orientation data.
