my Norton wil not load and i do not have my Keycode, can you help me reinstall Norton please

I'm sorry about the issue, This error can be caused by another security product or due to a failed install when the product is being upgraded to a newer version.

Please try to reinstall norton :

1- Download the norton removal tool from :http://tinyurl.com/y7qe88

2-Double-click the Norton Removal Tool icon.

3-Follow the on-screen instructions.

4-restart your computer

5-After the computer restarts, follow the on-screen instructions to reinstall your Norton product.

To find your key code please follow the steps below :

  1. Sign in to Norton to locate your product key : https://login.norton.com

  2. Under Services, select your Norton product.

  3. Copy the product key.
