I subscribed with my Visa card & now I'm being told that there is an error with my purchase & I should contact support. Can you tell me what the problem is so I can correct it because I cannot receive my in coming messages.

I retried subscribin with my Master Card Debit card & now here I am. After I entered my new card number I was told I have a 7 day trial period. Is there another step I need to take? Also after my free trial period how do I cancel if I wish too?
