I purchased a McAfee 3 year Live Safe contract when I purchased a new Dell computer in September of 2014. My real time screening is off and each time I turn it on, it immediately turns off again.
I called your Tech Support group and they said it could be fixed but it was not covered under my McAfee security agreement.
I like your products and have used them for over 15 years without a problem. Since I paid quite a bit for your products, I am at a loss why I have to pay again for something I believe is already covered.
