Hello,

I am the person that will be helping you today.

How exactly did you send it out? Was it via email?

I will be standing by.

Thank you,
Jason

thru eSign

I am sorry to report, but the very moment that you send the email, you no longer have any access or control over it. The moment it is sent, it is received by the recipient's email server. In short, you cannot make a change to the document. You will have to create a new one or edit the existing one and re-send it.

ok can it be edited on eSign?

Adobe Cloud eSignature service

Can you just edit the document online and send it again?

yep

Okay, that is what you must do. There is no way to retrieve the already sent document(s). I am sorry, but there is no way to do that.
