it depends on the page break type. If it is the page break you insert with ctrl-enter. Then you can simply go to the end of the preceding page, and press delete until the PB is gone. If it is a default page break, that is the breaks the WP inserts automatically after a certain number of lines. You cannot delete those, but you can use the same technique as above to get rid of an extra blank page.
