Hi. My name is***** you for your question and the opportunity to assist. Try resetting Internet Explorer. To do this close Internet Explorer first. Then open Control Panel>>Internet Options. Under Browsing History click Delete then Delete again.
Once that has finished click the Advanced tab in the upper right corner.
Click Reset. Put a checkmark in Delete Personal Settings and click Reset again.
Is the browser operating normally now?
