Hi. I'm not sure if I'm supposed to be waiting for a response? I replied immediately to you. There is something about calling you- not sure what to do
Customer: replied 1 year ago.
ok-- so you are still available?
Expert:  CompDoc replied 1 year ago.

Sorry for the delay. The error indicates that you have a bad stick of memory. Do you know how to work on a laptop? If not you will need to take it to a shop. Is it under warranty?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
What does that mean?
Expert:  CompDoc replied 1 year ago.

Your laptop has memory. That is where it stores things while running. You probably have 1/2 sticks of memory. One of your memory sticks is bad.

You will need to take it to a shop to be fixed. If under warranty they will replace otherwise you might have to buy one. The cost is approx $25-30 plus labor if charged.

Have you had this looked at yet?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
The tech had a different opinion about it- I had a shortage with the fan
Customer: replied 1 year ago.
If I get a receipt do I get a refund? Lol
Expert:  CompDoc replied 1 year ago.

The issue if fan related was over heating but the error message was the memory failing I am guessing due to the heat. No way to know that without opening it up.. Glad its all working now.

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
Is that a no?
Expert:  CompDoc replied 1 year ago.

Its not up to me. You will need to contact just-answer customer support. But my answer of bad memory is the correct answer for the error code. Once it was taken to the shop they were able to tell you why it went bad. They fixed your cooling and the issue has disappeared.
