Have you tried exporting to a different format? Instead of WMV (windows media video)

What program are you using to play/view the exported video?

Have you been successful in the past with exporting to WMV, and playing it on WMP?

Expert:  Quiksilver07070 replied 1 year ago.

After the export is done.....how large is the file?

Would you be willing to share the file with me...to see if I too get the same issue?

Expert:  Quiksilver07070 replied 1 year ago.

Wait.....earlier you said that you DID export to AVI, and it would not play (just grey screen) on windows media player?

But just now you say.....that yu cant export to anything BUT WMV....because you get errors....so now im kinda confused

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
trying to upload the file
when formatting it to windows media I get a black broken video, I tried avi when you mentioned it and found that it still wouldn't export the video. telling me about an error that happened
Expert:  Quiksilver07070 replied 1 year ago.

Please tell me more about the error....be specific.....as I think you have underlying issues....maybe a corrupt system file?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
it didn't give me the same error message this time. now its making the video but with a drop in quality and there is no sound.
Expert:  Quiksilver07070 replied 1 year ago.

I suggest you Uninstall, and then Re-install Adobe Premiere.

Expert:  Quiksilver07070 replied 1 year ago.

If you are still having problems after the Re-install. Make sure you have all the patches, and updates for your version of Adobe Premiere

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
Well, I've tried everything, might as well give it a shot.

Expert:  Quiksilver07070 replied 1 year ago.
