Hi, Miro. Thanks for your response. I followed your instructions, however, the "Turn on DEP for essential Windows programs and services only" box was already checked. What further solution do you have?
Expert:  IT Miro replied 1 year ago.

OK.

Did this problem start to happen suddenly, or you made some changes to your computer recently?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
This is the first time I am using the program.

OK, thanks for the information.

Let me check for some other suggestions.

Expert:  IT Miro replied 1 year ago.

Try this:

First, completely exit Dragon Naturally Speaking in case it has been started. After that, locate the Dragon Naturally Speaking icon and right-click it and select Run as administrator. Confirm when asked. Check if it will now work properly.

Sorry for the delay.
I checked for common causes of the problem with Dragon Naturally Speaking 13, but they mostly involve Microsoft Office.
I could apply some workarounds using remote desktop connection to your computer. That way I can see the problem myself and help you solve it.
Would you like me to do that?
Customer: replied 1 year ago.
I am uncomfortable with doing that.
Expert:  IT Miro replied 1 year ago.

I intend to focus only on the problem. You will see everything I am doing and we will be able to chat as well. Before I make any changes to your computer, I will ask for your confirmation.
