Hello, my name is***** should be able to assist you with this.

The first thing you will need to do is go to the following address:

https://www.asuswebstorage.com/navigate/downloads/

and download the software and install.

During the setup process, it should prompt you for credentials, use the same ones that were used on your tablet, and everything should be up and running.

If you need further assistance, please post back to our chat and I will be happy to assist you.

Note: Please do not provide a rating until you are satisfied with the service you have received. If we cannot come to a solution, which is rare, another expert will be able to assist us. If you are completely satisfied then your rating is appreciated.

Thanks,

Richard
