I have Deezer. When I go to the url bar to open a blue line

I have Deezer . When I go to the url bar to open a blue line crosses scree and stops ans says loading but the web page never opens. When I hit the drop down arrow the web page opens immediately. Comcast and Bose could not figure out the problem. You cannot get a in contact with Deezer. Comcast and Bose said I should contact Lenova, I have the AMD A10 desktop. Thank you in advance for your assistance.
