When I click on a video news story or any video, a box pops

When I click on a video news story or any video, a box pops up in the video asking permission to store information. I have tried everything I know to delete this pop up to no avail. It makes it impossible to view the video! Please help.

1. Click the Keyword menu at the top and choose Go to AOL Keyword: type in Pop-Up Controls then push enter

2. On the Web Pop-Ups tab, select the Block all web pop-ups option.

3. Click the Pop-Ups from AOL tab.

4. Select the Block marketing pop-ups from AOL or Block pop-ups from AOL option.

5. Click Save.

6. Click OK.

2-Once you download the program, click on it to install.
