Hello,
I am an Information Technology Professional with over 15 years of professional experience. I am the technician assigned to your case today. I look forward to working with you and resolving this problem.
You can fix this by changing the location of your scratch drive.
While holding down the two following keys, CTRL and ALT, open Photoshop. When you do that, you will be given a menu.
For the first drive, change it to something else and click OK.
After you do that, you can open Photoshop normally and be all set.
If you need anything else in the future, please let me know.
Thank you for your time today.

Does it give you any options?

Also, do the following: - In Photoshop, in the top menu bar, click Edit > Purge, and choose the item type or buffer you want to clear. If it is already empty, the item type or buffer is dimmed.
