Hello,
I am Pete, and I'll be happy to assist with your question today.
1) Enter the Test Plan module.
2) Click the View->Grid menu option.
3) Now in the "grid view", select the Edit->Replace menu option.
4) You can use the Replace Window to search for a value in a given field, and then update a particular value with a different value.
This will do the trick for you and update multiple tests at a single time without having to go through and update each test case individually.

Hi Pete,

First there is no Tester Column availble . Also how do I replace different Test Case Id's with the same user. The Replace button will only look for the identical value and that is not the case

Hi Adi,
I'm not sure what Tester Column you are referring to?
Customer: replied 1 year ago.

In ALM I am assigning test cases to our testers . We assign test cases in the Tester Column

Expert:  Pete replied 1 year ago.
Are you unable to use my method to update multiple test cases at once?
Customer: replied 1 year ago.

Hi Pete,

No this method is not working for what I want to do.

Assign :

Test ID ( column name)

1

2

3

with

Tester (column name)
