Are you the administrator on this PC or is it a Standard user and what is the exact message you're getting?
Customer: replied 1 year ago.
I guess I am a standard user. the uninstall stops with the message that I have insufficient rights.
Expert:  Kamil Anwar replied 1 year ago.
You will need to change the user account to administrator. Do you have access to administrator on this machine?
Customer: replied 1 year ago.
I don't know...it hasn't come up before.
Expert:  Kamil Anwar replied 1 year ago.
May i connect with you remotely and sort this out for you?
Customer: replied 1 year ago.

Expert:  Kamil Anwar replied 1 year ago.
I sent request for remote service. Please accept it then follow steps here to connect with me. Thanks
Customer: replied 1 year ago.
I updated the screen.

I sent the offer for remote service here, can you see it?
Customer: replied 1 year ago.
I accepted but it says payment could not be processed
Expert:  Kamil Anwar replied 1 year ago.
There appears to be payment issues with it. Can you check with your bank to allow it and then accept it? or speak to JustAnswer on +1(###) ###-####.
After, the remote service has been accepted we will connect and fix it.
If you have any issues with speaking to them, let me know here.
Thanks

If you are having issues, then i can remote in without charging for the remote service. Would you like me to do that or still cancel?

I will request this to be cancelled. Thanks.
