Ever I downloaded your latest upgrade, I hae not been able to sign into my account. You keep giving me wrong code numbers (according to you) and then you made me change my password ***** sent me a confirming e-mail. Then you send me someone else's letter complaining of the same thing.
Now you keep telling me that the password ***** ***** the code number is ***** and my sign in name is ***** ***** actiually added another digit to it WITHOUT TELLING ME.
You are Microsoft aren't you? so why is your IT absolute rubbish at the moment????
