Thanks for the feedback.Can I please ask you to look at this web site it a lot of info on spot color https://helpx.adobe.com/illustrator/using/printing-color-separations.html & http://blog.echoenduring.com/2010/05/04/is-your-artwork-ready-for-print/ Choose File→Save As and choose Illustrator EPS. In the Transparency section of the EPS Options dialog box, choose a flattening setting from the Preset drop-down list. If your transparency options are grayed out, your file has no transparency and is ready to print .waiting your feedback..
