I did that and received the following message: 413 request entity too large.

ok, then the file is too large for them to convert.

Do you have Microsoft Word installed Janis? And which version?

Yes. I have MS Word 2010.

ok, then you can also do it within Word.

Open the XPS in word, click File, Save As

Under Save as Type, click and choose PDF and it will save it as a PDF.
