Click the Windows Start button > Control Panel > Click Switch to classic view IF it shows on the left side > On the right, select Add/Remove Program > Find and Select iYogi Support Dock and uninstall it.

Let me know if that clears it up, if not, we will try some other steps

I have already done this and it didn't clean up all of iYOGI.

During the uninstallation, did you:

Choose to remove the toolbar

Choose to remove the third party tools from the list that it displayed

Select to remove all components of iYogi

Also, what did iYogi fix exactly, and where are you still seeing iYogi on the computer?

1. On the first thing that comes up on the screen when I open Internet Eplorer.

2. Nothing shows up on the Control Panel.

Open Internet Explorer (or if you're already in it), at the top of your screen right now, do you see a File menu (File Edit View Favorities Tools Help)? If not, press the ALT key on your keyboard and it should pop up.

Then, go ahead and click the Tools button > Pick Internet Options > Click the Advanced tab > Press the reset button, then press reset again > Close and reopen IE, and see if iYogi is still there.

If so: Press Alt + V on your keyboard > The view menu will pop up at the top, from there go to Toolbars > UNcheck any Iyogi toolbar listed there

I followed your instructions and they wanted me to close down all of my open programs before it would "Reset"

Yes, I did that but I kept getting the same reply.

Try it this way:

Close all Internet Explorer windows (including this one) > Press the Windows Start button > In the search box type inetcpl.cpl and press enter

Click the Advanced tab > Click the reset button > Press the reset button again > Click close, ok > Close and reopen IE, and see if iYogi is still there.

If so: Press Alt + V on your keyboard > The view menu will pop up at the top, from there go to Toolbars > UNcheck any Iyogi toolbar listed there

When I pressed Alt +V keys I came up with Privacy Report and there were about 13 iYOGI items on it but I couldn't find a way to delete them.

Sorry Burnie, but none of what you suggested worked and iYOGI is still on my computer. Does anyone else there have any ideas?
