i am trying to create a system restore disc and i keep getting a error saying it needs to be debugged and when i click it ,,,it says i will be notified when its repaired n exits out and what im basicly trying to do is i have 2 identical laptops n my sons is infected and needs to be reinstalled but they didnt come with any discs is there anyway to download the files and burn to a disc the only thing that i care about is my sons pics if at all possible i would like to not lose those and the laptop can be erased and started over if its possible to save and i do have the hard drive reader kit where u can remove it from the laptop n use it usb to save files to another drive but i dont see the slot to remove the hard drive from this asus like my hps have?
Optional Information: Computer OS: Windows 7 Browser: IE Already Tried: restore and backup but they error out if i pay will u be able to help me completely make a reinstal disc from the first laptop and completely get the second one working the two are identical laptops

unfortunately, they don't let you download; you have to request the disk and it will be mailed to you.

Also, the recovery disk won't help getting back your files; it will wipe out the whole system and reinstall windows.

Once you have gotten the files, you can insert the hard drive back, then turn on the laptop and press the key F9 when the Asus logo appears on the screen to see if it can do a factory restore (you may need to press F2 to disable the boot booster option first, then try F9; more details are athttp://en.kioskea.net/faq/4162-restore-an-asus-netbook-to-factory-settings)
