Hi. My name is ***** ***** I will be happy to help you.

If you need to replace the original red, white and blue card you can call social security hotline at(###) ###-####(Mon - Fri 7a - 7p), visit your local social security office or log in into your online social security account.

If don’t already have an account, you can create one online. Go to Sign In or Create an Account: https://secure.ssa.gov/RIL/SiView.do

Once you are logged in to your account, select the "Replacement Documents" tab. Then select “Mail my replacement Medicare Card.”

But if you get Medicare through a Medicare Advantage plan (HMO, PPO, PDP), you need to call that plan administrator directly. For Medicare through railroad retirement board, call(###) ###-####/p>

You should get your card within 30 days.
