You can get your personal Social Security Statement online by using your "my social security" account. If you do not have one you can easily sign up here: https://secure.ssa.gov/RIL/SiView.do

This statement shows estimates for retirement, disability and survivors benefits you and your family may be eligible for. SSA also mails Statements to workers attaining ages 25, 30, 35, 40, 45, 50, 55, 60 and older three months prior to their birthday if they don’t receive Social Security benefits and don’t have a my Social Security account. You can request this by following the instructions in this link: https://www.ssa.gov/hlp/global/hlp-statement-7004-revi.htm

See form: https://www.ssa.gov/myaccount/materials/pdfs/SSA-7004.pdf

You should receive your paper Social Security Statement in the mail in four to six weeks.
