The SSA is not a back or other financial institution. Only Medicare and federal income tax can be withheld from your social security check. But you can set up autopayment from the account your social security check is deposited into. Just make sure that the auto withdrawal is not set up for the same day you usually receives the benefits. Make it few days later.
