I live outside the U.S. and continue to receive a letter

Customer Question

I live outside the U.S. and continue to receive a letter asking me to fill it out and send back, or my benefits will be suspended. It is very difficult to send a letter to the U.S. from Mexico. Isn't there a place I can fill this in online, so as not to be suspended? There also is not a non-800 number I can call. The embassy in Mexico city is not much help.thanks
