Yes, you can obtain a copy of your application. However, you need to make that request to Social Security Administration ("SSA") where you filed the application. This site is not affiliated with Social Security Administration and so I do not have access to the SSA's database to provide you with a copy. You can call on the phone or go to your local office of SSA to request for the copy.
