Customer Question

My long term disability insurer deducted $2449.00 a month from my benefits from 4/2015 until 2/2016 for estimated Social security disability benefits. I was awarded Social Security Disability in May 2016 of $1860.00 a month the insurers has ignored the over$10,000.00 that they deducted from my benefits over the SSD benefits that I was awarded. I have not been able to find an attorney that will help me. I was informed that this is a Erisa case.

Dear Long Term Disability Insurance,

Did you get the back pay, lump sum, from the social security administration for the period before May 2016?
