hi I have worked 30 plus years paying into social security as an employee. still driving truck and now feeling the wear and tare on my body . i'll be 55 next year can I apply for semi retirement benefit ?

Unless you are disabled, you have to wait until 62 to apply for social security benefits. There are no semi retirement benefits. You could take distributions from your 401K without penalty if you take it as periodic payments.
