Hi. My name is ***** ***** I will be happy to help you. As long as you are a limited partner and doesn't receive a salary, only dividends, your SSDI will not be affected. There's no limit on unearned income you can earn. But you cannot work. This may create an issue with IRS if you are one of the managing partners because as such you are required to be compensated for your services - receive a reasonable salary.
