I already told I was married 22 years we were divorced in 2007 he recently married for three years and he passed away with cancer about 2 weeks I want to know if I can apply for his social secruity

Yes, as long as you were married for 10 years....A surviving divorced spouse, gets the same benefits as your widow or widower provided that the marriage lasted 10 years or more.
