Hi,I am 59 years old and will be 60 years old in April,I been on ssi disability 3 years .My question is anything I can do to change my monthly income before the new law May 1,2016.Don't want to leave any money on the table! thanks garry

Hi Gary

The only thing changing in May is that some of the filing methods that were available for married couples are no longer available after May 1 - since you are already drawing, they would not be available to you anyways. I'm sorry, but you will not be able to increase your income -- however, you aren't going to lose anything, either.
