My wife gets a monthly direct deposit in her bank account.

Customer Question

My wife gets a monthly direct deposit in her bank account. Her January deposit was her regular amount of $621.00. Her Feb. deposit was $601.20. This appears to be in error as it appears to have some numbers reversed.
Her name is Rose ********* and her Social Security Number id *************.
Please check this for her.
Thank you. James *************

Hi, my name is ***** ***** I can help. Unfortunately I am not the Social Security Administration and I can not able to deal directly with them regarding someone else's personal account. However,t he easiest way to get Social Security information is to open an online account by going to https://www.ssa.gov/myaccount/. Once you have opened your account you should be able to determine the cause of the change in her net benefit (such as a change to Medicare premiums) as well as other Social Security information.

I hope this answers your question. Please let me know if I can clarify anything or answer any additional questions.

Thanks, Jonathan
