Customer: My name is ***** ***** French and I was wanted to get info on what age i would be able to collect SS.

Hi,

While full retirement age is presently set at 66 years old if you wish to, you may take your benefit as early as age 62. The only difference will be that to make up for the fact that you will be collecting your benefit for a longer time because you are taking it before 66, social security will pay you only 75% of the amount at age 62 that they would pay you monthly if you waited until age 66.

So yes, you may claim your social security retirement benefit as early as age 62.
