thank you.I was married for 13 yrs before divorce. I am 75 my ex-husband is 77. would I be eligible for any benefits on his social security

You will be entitled to benefits based on his account or your own, whichever is greater. However, to do this you cannot have remarried before age 60. Your receiving benefits based on his account will not effect his benefit payments.
