Customer Question

I have been unemployed and I am now covered by Medicaid . I was informed when somebody reached age 65 years old that you will also be covered by Medicare.
1. What are the advantages and disadvantages of this coverage?
2. Medicaid covers most of my healthcare needs and I do not have copay when I see a specialist , lab and even for required surgery etc and I pay $1 copay for my maintenance drugs. Will it be the same if I have both insurance?
Thank you

1. What are the advantages and disadvantages of this coverage?

Yiou have no choice or say in the matter. Yiou will be automatically switched. There are more doctors that participate in medicare vs medicare. No disadvantages.
